Kevin J. Weber

Kevin’s practice is focused on family law, including premarital and postmarital agreements, divorces involving complex property division, child custody and child support enforcement actions and modifications, and mediation. He also has significant experience with contract disputes, probate matters, civil and family appeals, and federal civil rights litigation. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He graduated magna cum laude from Michigan Law and was elected into the prestigious Order of the Coif.

After law school, Kevin worked for the law firm of Latham & Watkins in their Midtown Manhattan offices, where he was trained by some of the best lawyers in the world in the fields of complex commercial litigation and negotiation.

Since 2014, Kevin has represented and counseled hundreds of individuals through the highly stressful, and often acrimonious world of family law disputes. Kevin prides himself on providing legal advice that is both personally attuned and compassionately empathetic. Kevin offers a range of representation options to suit every client’s budget and particular needs, from full scope representation, where he handles every aspect of a client’s case, to limited scope agreements, where he handles only discrete components of those cases, to consultation arrangements, where he counsels clients on how to represent themselves effectively.
